How I Can Help

Free Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation, where we will briefly go through the struggles you are facing and give you an introduction to myself and my approach. The consultation aims to ensure you feel comfortable and are confident that I am the correct counsellor to support you throughout this journey.

Why Choose Counselling?

Are you faced with daily worries, struggles, hurdles to jump, and daily challenges or deadlines to meet? Life may be daunting and make you nervous, apprehensive, anxious and stressed or even depressed. Situations may make you feel out of your depth and out-of-control, or make it hard to gauge outcomes. Responding and taking steps to talk about issues allows you to deal with those situations and, therefore, your emotions and wellbeing. Counselling provides you with and neutral, safe and non-judgmental environment where you are free to explore your thoughts and feelings whilst being listened to and supported through your experiences. Given time, you will be able to work through your struggles and move towards a brighter, happier you.

We've Helped People Just Like You

"Anji has helped me navigate through my problematic late teenage years and my relationship with my parents. In my first session, she was able to help me understand why I behaved a certain way and outlined a plan for doing discipline with myself to fix my relationship with my parents. It was so simple and straight forward that I came back for many more sessions until I felt stable. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for personal counselling."
